CONTINENTAL CERAMIC FIGURAL HEAD HUMIDORS, LOT OF THREE, each having facial hair, comprising a sheikh example wearing a turban, one example with a drooping hat and raised jacket collar, and one example having a light green ovoid-form hat with sponge holder top. Marks to underside include impressed "CD" or "CB", "JM", and various numerals. Johann Maresch (Austrian, 1821-1914), Austria or Czechoslovakia; and others. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. 8 5/8" HOA.Condition Man with drooping hat undamaged except having scattered glaze wear/losses; ovoid hat example mostly undamaged except having a very minute flake to top of hat and some possible paint touch-ups; sheikh having some scattered flakes to top underside edge and flange and some minute scattered flakes to bottom base edge.
