Printed stamp "PHIL G. KELLY CO. / STRAIGHT WHISKEYS, / K / RICHMOND, VA." to front, "3" capacity to neck, and two bands of alternating white and blue slip-trailed rings. Phil G. Kelly Co., Richmond, VA. 1905-1915. 16 3/8" HOA.Condition Having two shallow chips to shoulder and a chip/bruise to base edge.
