ANTIQUE FOLMER & SCHWING PRESS GRAFLEX 5X7 CAMERA, black/brown leather hardware with a combination of metal and black-painted wood components, detachable spring back currently outfitted with a tattered leather so-called "bag mag" film holder, camera serial number 115242, equipped with a Kodak Anastigmat f:4.5 8 1/2in. lens, fur-edged viewing hood. Camera produced 1907-1923. 8 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 10" case (closed, not counting back/accessories).Condition Very good visual condition with age-related wear especially to case which is heavily worn including moderate peeling to leather and scattered green corrosion or oxidation to some of the metal; mechanical parts seem to operate smoothly except shutter/curtain seems stuck and unresponsive, hood and bellows seem to seal properly and remarkably the mirrors produce a viewable but internally-dusty image; lens has corroded exterior and some internal grime; camera has not been tested for functionality (see Catalogue Guarantee).
