ASSORTED VICTORIAN LORGNETTES, LOT OF FIVE, each folding, various metal handle styles including a couple probably silver plate examples and others gold filled, one in a red oval-shaped pouch marked for a London merchant, and a long-handled steel frame example in original case marked for a Manchester, UK optician firm. Various makers. Late 19th/early 20th century. 6 7/8" LOA.Condition Good to excellent condition, several with some bending or dents and many with minor or moderate losses to plated surfaces and/or corrosion and tarnish; steel example heavily rusted; smallest example missing a lens. Wear to leather/surfaces of the two cases.
