ANTIQUE CENTURY VIEW CO. 5X7 GRAND SENIOR CAMERA, brown leather-coated wood body and hardware with mostly polished brass components, revolving spring back accepting 5" X 7" film currently with ground glass focusing panel, intact leather top handle and top range finder, red bellows, adjustable front standard marked "CENTURY / GRAND" in its nameplate, equipped with a lens marked "5X7 SYMMETRICAL" housed in a Bausch & Lomb / Century Camera Co. shutter. Early 20th century. 8 1/2" x 4 1/4" x 9" body (closed).Condition Body/exterior leather in rough condition with heavy wear and splits/losses/deterioration all over; camera interior in seemingly excellent condition with very little wear, but with perhaps some scattered surface mold or mildew in some areas especially around rear door housing; camera's mechanical parts and adjusters each appear to operate very smoothly, bellows seems to operate well but has many cracks to surface and some holes; shutter seems excellent and fires easily and accurately, but camera has not been tested for functionality (see Catalogue Guarantee).
