I may never have a camera of this age in this condition again. Century Model 40 cameras were manufactured from 1904 to 1908. Most cameras made a century later are more worn looking than this one.The camera has a I-B-T shutter speed selection, and the Century 4x5 Rapid Rectilinear lens offers US stops from f8 to 128. The shutter is stuck open. There is some rubbing on the shutter speed adjustment, and some small marks on the brass surfaces, but they are hard to spot at arms length. While certainly not mint, this camera will provide a beautiful centerpiece for almost any collection of vintage cameras.W inning bidder must include $14.00 S/H within the USA, more elsewhere. Texas residents also pay 8.25% sales tax. Please visit my other NO RESERVE auctions on eBay. Thanks.
