BALTIMORE, MARYLAND DECORATED STONEWARE SMALL TABLE CHURN, salt-glazed, approximately half-gallon capacity, cylindrical form with deep galleried rim, beaded neck ring, and applied arched tab handles. Brushed cobalt dropped feather decoration from neck on each side, additional cobalt to handle terminals. Circa 1870. 9 1/4" H, 5 1/8" D rim. Condition Having a few shallow chips/flakes to rim and an X-shaped hairline to base. Manufacturing flaws including one handle with glazed over chip to handle, as made.
