ASSORTED METAL SPECTACLES / EYEGLASSES CASES, LOT OF 13, a wide variety of styles including mostly flip-top hinged cases of various sizes and a couple slip cases and clamshell style, an oblong silver plated coffin-lid example, a copper-plated hammered pewter example, and a couple steel marked "PARKER" with 1860 patent date. Various makers. 18th, 19th, and 20th centuries. 6 1/2" LOA.Condition Mostly good condition, many with dents and heavy surface wear, several with minor or moderate surface corrosion and some with one or more loose or detached hinges, or perhaps old repairs to hinges.
