ANTIQUE / VINTAGE BATHING BEAUTY STANHOPE ARTICLES, LOT OF SIX, each having a stanhope of one, two, or three "Bathing Beauties" featuring women in swimwear, most being in seaside settings, comprising two wooden pipes with horn stems or mouthpieces including one having a figural head bowl, two whistles, a wax seal with turned wood handle, and a metal object. Some stanhopes marked "MADE IN FRANCE". First half 20th century. Pipes 5" and 5 1/2" LOA.Condition Good to very good overall condition with minor to moderate wear and other imperfections including surface scratches, nicks, one or a few cracks, and/or worn spots to finishes; some images with light fading, discoloration, or other imperfections; pipe with figural bowl lacking one applied eye.
