JUST SUITS AND SENSATION ADVERTISING CUT PLUG TOBACCO TINS, LOT OF SIX, lithographed, comprising a Buchanan & Lyall Just Suits tin pail / lunch box with hinged handle to top and a latch, and five Sensation tins consisting of two casket pails / lunch boxes with bail handles having wooden medial, two picnic basket-form pails / lunch boxes each having two bail handles, and a canister with tax stamp. P. Lorillard Co., manufacturing locations including New Jersey and Kentucky. Late 19th/first half 20th century. Just Suits tin 4 1/2" HOA without handle, 7 3/4" x 5 1/8" OA base.Condition Fair to good overall condition with wear, surface scratches, and other imperfections including flakes and losses to lithograph, areas of rusting, one or a few separations at seams, and/or denting; one Sensation casket pail with exterior lettering mostly gone.
