PRINCE ALBERT AND UNION LEADER ADVERTISING TOBACCO TINS, LOT OF 12, lithographed, comprising four Prince Albert tins for R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. of Winston-Salem, NC consisting of two round canisters, a pocket tin with contents, and a miniature tin probably cut-down from a pocket tin, and eight Union Leader tins for P. Lorillard Co. consisting of a round canister lacking cover, two pails / lunch boxes each with wicker basket design and two bail handles, three other pails / lunch boxes, and two pocket tins, some with remnants of tax stamps. Late 19th/first quarter 20th century, and possibly later. Union Leader canister 7 1/2" H, 4 3/4" D base.Condition Fair to good overall condition with wear, surface scratches, and other imperfections including flakes and losses to lithograph, areas of rusting, one or a few holes, tears, and/or denting; one Union Leader pail / lunch box lacking handle to top.
