3.25x5" on stock. Features imagery at top of George Washington handing William Henry Harrison his first commission. Event dated Thursday, January 28, 1841. Stain just left of Harrison's portrait, as well as a small tear at top center and bottom center edges. Creasing along corners, as well as moderate edge wear. Otherwise scattered light staining and moderate handling. VG. An interesting artifact from the four month period in between Harrison's election and his inauguration in which he was "President-Elect".
