Nevermind is Nirvana's second studio album, released Sept. 24, 1991 by DGC Records. Nirvana's first release on a major label, it was also the first to feature drummer Dave Grohl. An unexpected critical and commercial success, the lead single, Smells Like Teen Spirit, reached the top 10 of the US Billboard Hot 100 and went on to be inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame. Offered here is an unassembled mobile display used to advertise the album in record stores. Consisting of two main parts, 14.5x15-5/8" unfolded, double-sided piece bears name of the band and the album against watery bkg. while die-cut 11.25x19.5" image of the naked baby swimming toward dollar bill as seen on the front of the album's cover. Comes w/"Nirvana Mobile" assembly instruction sheet and unused hanging hardware. Comes w/original plastic bag kit was issued in and all contents remains unused and NM. High grade and very desirable promotional item for this iconic Grunge album.
