BRASS FRAME SPECTACLES, LOT OF FOUR, oval or oblong-octagonal brass frames with sliding-pin or telescoping extension temples, comprising two with teal green glass lenses, one unmarked and the other marked at outside of left arm "SCHILDKNECHT", an octagonal with light blue lenses stamped with illegible marking ending in "__ilder", the last unmarked having colorless lenses and K-bridge. Various makers. Mid 19th century. 4 1/2" LOA.Condition Excellent overall condition, each with moderate routine wear and perhaps some bending; some chipping to one lens of colorless example, colorless with some corrosion and damage to pins/hinges.
