Following the 1898 Trans-Mississippi Exposition, the businessmen of Omaha saw an opportunity to get a second year of use from the expo grounds and created the Greater America Exposition at "Omaha- 1899". This is only the fourth design we know of to reference the "Greater America Exposition" and the first time we've offered it. This gorgeous 1.75" includes its W&H back paper. Shown are six crossed flags floating on clouds while just above are two views of the world globe plus the Capitol dome emanating beams of golden light. High gloss and Exc. Rare.
