3x8" w/Philadelphia union bug at bottom. Paper. Features bluetone portrait of Roosevelt w/reference to "Square Deal" below. Dated April 13, 1912. Roosevelt won the Pennsylvania Republican primary handily against Taft and LaFollette, but ultimately lost the Republican nomination, spurring the creation of his own "Bull Moose" Party.
