3" long overall w/1.5" cello. Features sketch portrait of TR in his Rough Rider uniform. Dated September 23, 1899. Trivial crimp along outer edge of cello at 2 o'clock mentioned only for extreme accuracy. Otherwise clean w/only minor wear. Ribbon is crisp and bright and the "Souvenir" hanger retains full luster. Exc. Only the third we have encountered w/the others having highly faded red text. This example is choice and likely the finest extant.
