5" tall. At top is a cardboard panel held in a tin frame with large safety pin on reverse. This suspends a red ribbon with a second tin frame at the center holding a large real photo of TR. At bottom a tiny ribbon joins to a gold colored white metal Rough Rider hat with upturned brim. Hat brim has hand inked initials done at the time "T.R.". Some oxidation along right edge of portrait, as well as some wear on ribbon and scattered gold paint loss on Rough Rider hat. Overall VF. Rare. Wayne Otchis Collection.
