RICHMOND, VIRGINIA AND OTHER ADVERTISING TOBACCO TINS, LOT OF 16, lithographed, including a Q Boid box for Larus & Bro. Co. of Richmond, VA, a box by Ginna & Co. of New York for Allen & Ginter of Richmond, a Pride of Virginia tin for J. Wright Co. of Richmond, and five Lucky Strike tins comprising two Half and Half pocket tins that collapse into a smaller size, a Flat Fifties cigarette box, and two boxes for R.A. Patterson Tobacco Co. of Richmond, some examples with most or remnants of tax stamps. Late 19th/first half 20th century. Q Boid tin 5 3/8" HOA, 3 5/8" x 2 5/8" OA base.Condition Most fair to good overall condition with wear, surface scratches, and other imperfections including flakes and losses to lithograph, areas of rusting, one or a few holes, and/or denting; one Patterson's Tuxedo pocket tin with heavy rusting notably to base.
