20x29.75" linen mounted to 21x30". Promoting the Big Day Out Festival on Sat. Jan 25, 1992 in Sydney featuring "Violent Femmes, Nirvana And Much Much More." Edge touch ups to areas of wear now well flattened and displaying Exc. As Nirvana caught fire their record label, DGC, tried to convince the band to cancel their Australian tour in favor of cashing in across America but the band opted to play the gigs down under as their world acclaim was reaching a fever pitch. This show was less than a week before the Rolling Stone cover shoot where Kurt Cobain famously wore the "Corporate Magazines Still Suck" shirt. Poster is an ideal size for framing and will display beautifully on any listening room wall.
