The Charlotte Clark Mickey dolls were produced in a number of different sizes, this one measures 12.5" tall to the tips of its ears. Velveteen-covered stuffed doll w/felt ears, oilcloth eyes, string whiskers, tail and four mother-of-pearl pants buttons. Underside of each foot has faint marks including "Walt Disney's Mickey Mouse" and mention of "Geo. Borgfeldt Co.," who distributed these dolls during the 1930s. Classic red pants variety. Complete and all original; including often missing rubber tail. Typical trace of aging noticeable to face and hands but overall still a much above average example. VF. Michael Lartigaut Collection.
