Measuring 3 3/4" High, by 4 5/8" Wide, across the top, and 1 5/8" Across the Pontiled Base, is this Early, 19th Century Blown, Amethyst Flint-Glass "Finger-Bowl" I believe it, to be called. The item Has century and a half of Base Ware, near the Polished Pontiled, Base, and There are NO CHIPS, NO CRACKS, NO BRUISES, NO NICKS, OR DINGS, and No significant Staining. Estate Item, acquired at a Local Antique Sale, Last Week-end, here in New England on Cape Cod, only miles from where the Boston and Sandwich Glass Co. ( 1825-1888) was in the businesss of blowing Flint glass Items, such as this one. Very well could be Sandiwich!
