This small flint glass vase is attributed to the 19th century Boston & Sandwich Glass Company. It is a heavy flint glass. There is a slight indent on the fire-polished rim that is from the manufacture - the light band of paint on the rim goes over it. The pontil is unfinished, which is also unusual.Height: 4.25"Condition: Wear to the gold around the rim - very little is left.
