Among a total of more than 100 copies of this piece recorded in PSA's census reporting, this is one of only 13 examples to achieve this unsurpassable tier. Era-defining sporting icon Michael Jordan shines on this aptly named SkyBox Premium "Premium Player" insert piece that corresponds with his fabled "Last Dance" season of 1997-98. This stunning insert collectible was subject to a very difficult pack-insertion rate of 1:192. The cardfront presentation—filled with premium foil accents, eye-popping color, and scintillating action images—is a veritable feast for the eyes and a wonderful commemoration of a player who far surpassed the definition of a "premium player" and could more properly be described as an "essential player." What is "premium," however, is the sensational level of preservation exhibited by the offered example, which stands as one of the finest copies of this card extant and a must-have piece for the advanced Jordan collector.
