2.5x1.5". Lot of 38 from set of 50. ACC# T87. These cards represent the first series of this set. Cards bear no series designation and identify the set as "Modern American Airplanes." In 1940 Brown & Williamson Tobacco Corp. sponsored a radio program "Wings of Destiny". These cards were originally issued w/their tobacco products in conjunction w/the show. They were collected w/albums, and often were glued, or stapled in them.
