The Jefferson Glass Company was organized in 1900 by four partners: Harry Barstow, George Mortimer, Grant Fish and J.D. Sinclair. In 1908 the company moved to a new location, in Follansbee, West Virginia. It operated in one form or another from 1900 to 1933. The Jefferson pattern is one of the numerous glass patterns of the company, and can be seen here on a typical spoon tray.
