New York Stoneware Company 2 Gallon Preserve Crock with Floral Coming to you from Doc's Crocks, America's Source for Antique Stoneware, is this wonderful 2 Gallon Preserve Crock made and stamped by the "New York Stoneware Company" of Fort Edward, N.Y. This company was in production in Fort Edward from 1859-1885. This beauty sports the maker's stamp with cobalt wash and a Freehand Cobalt Floral Decoration . Measures 11" tall. Excellent Condition . Seven chips on the inner rim (1/8" to 7/8"), a chip inside the outer rim (1/4"), a chip on the outside of the rim in the back (1/2") and a small chip on the collar below (1/4"), a couple of small body chips (1/4", 1/2"), and some lime staining inside from use. No base chips, hairlines, cracks, outer stains, or repairs. Please view the full set of pictures as part of the description.
