Guaranteed original British Pattern 1914 leather bayonet frog in very good condition. Made for the Pattern 1907 bayonet and used with the Enfield No. I MK III rifle. Used through WWI and into WWII. Supple brown leather with all tight stitching and rivets. Retaining strap with brass buckle and helve strap are present. Maker marked and 1915 date on rear of frog. Maker is "JOHN BOYLE & CO.", one of the two American makers and quite scarce. Frog is Carter #132. Nice example of a WWI British Pattern 1914 bayonet frog in very good condition.
