It is a pin back with roller clutch pin.The pin is marked on the back with the raised "MEYER NEW YORK" shield hallmark and "SHOLD-R-FORM" and is stamped "1/20 10K".The pin measures about 1 1/16" wide and 1 1/8" high.A high quality detailed pin with minimal rub and wear.
