WW1 US M1917 36th Division painted helmet, original Brodie helmet with owners initial's painted around it, dark blue painted around the 36th Division Arrowhead with the classic "T" for Texas. Missing the chin strap, and owner placed small metal rollers to keep liner in place. As I'm sure this was worn in parades after the War. Nice liner. Original M1917 helmets are getting tough too find especially 36th Division. 100% as found. just as he wore it home. Great piece of WW1 history that will add too any collection. 100 years old. "Remember our WW1 Vets who are all but history". Thanks for looking and good luck bidding.
