This leaflet was in a bound volume of election pamphlets / leaflets dated 1924. At the time all the major political parties were trying to win the vote of the 8.4 million women who had the right to vote in 1918. Leaflet is anti-Labour and reflects the fact that the government at the time was the first Labour Governenment. The leaflet is a reply to a Labour Party leaflet which set out what the Labour Government had done for women. Original 2 side leaflet. Sewing marks / tears to left edge, paper browned, creasing / small tears to edge on right side. I combine postage. Will be sent packed in a bubble wrapp li ned envelope inbetween card.
