This button measures just over 3/4" and is barely a N.B.S. medium. It is constructed of cut out and pierced, silvered brass, mounted on a silvered brass cup. It is a strange subject, and one that I haven't found in my research, of a female figure being drawn on a chariot type conveyance by two birds she is guiding with reins. If anyone knows the title or story to this one, I'd love to hear about it. This button, and many to follow, are from a collection belonging to a late member of the N.B.S. and Florida State Button Society. Please contact me for additional information or images of this item.
