You are viewing four (4) Wilton Armetale Horn Mugs in good vintage condition; one mug has a small scratch (see photos). The term "Armetale" means a combination of art and metal. These mugs stand 5" tall and has a 3-1/4" diameter on the bottom and a 2-3/4" diameter on the top. The body is shaped like the bell of a horn with a handle in the shape of the twist of a French horn. Near the lip there is the company logo, U.S.A. and RWP. These are made of a non-toxic aluminum based alloy and are safe to drink from. They will not rust, crack or chip under normal usage. There is no coating applied and are of a matte finish similar to pewter. The company was founded by Ralph P. Wilton, Sr. in Lancaster, PA. Their products are still being made today. Payment expected within three (3) days of closed said auction. I only accept paypal and deal within the U.S.A. !!!
