We are extremely pleased to offer a gorgeous 15 7/8" x 11 1/8" white ironstone platter in a Tracery-type body style by the English firm of W. H. Grindley. The brown globe mark on the platter's underside states "Semi-Porcelain, Trade Mark, W. H. Grindley & Co., England." This very large platter is circa 1890s.This fabulous platter has a gleaming white glaze and clear embossment. It is free of chips, cracks, flakes, hairlines, discoloration, restoration, and crazing.This wonderful platter would make a great addition to a collection of circa 1890s white ironstone.
