Up for auction is a set of eight dinner plates, made by the Sterling China company, commemorating Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania. Seven different designs are included. These are: 1. Thomas Memorial Library 2. Thistle Memorial Physics Building 3. North Gate and Gymnasium 4. Portico of Administrative Building 5. Main Hall (long view) 6. Entrance to the Main Hall 7. Main Hall (close up view). There is one of each of numbers 1-6 and two of number 7 (Main Hall, close up view). The plates measure 11” in diameter. All plates are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, hairlines or the like and the gold intact. Two of the plates, Main Hall (long view) and one Main Hall (close up view) have a small, minor scratch to the decal (probably from the time of manufacture). The colors are bright and attractive. These would make a wonderful gift to a Washington and Jefferson alum—enjoy!! ON SHIPPING AND RETURNS I ship Monday through Friday on the day following payment (and occasionally on the same day).
