The original and uncut paper doll sets by Queen Holden are very rare and hard to find. Please keep in mind when looking at the phots that this book is 81 years old and I will describe all of the flaws. "Baby Nancy" is from 1931 and is Whitman #938. This was the first book of this type that Queen Holden did with entire the nursery and accessories for the baby. Because these books are punch out cardboard, some pieces are lifting but are still attached. The back cover is not attached but it's still included with the set making it complete. There are a few stains that I noticed. The miniature baby book was written in and dated by the little girl that received this set in 1931, giving this book some history and the location. I am going to send a copy of the 1985 Merrimack reproduction book with this set as a bonus to have some FUN with!!Please see photos for content and condition. All of the paper dolls that I offer are from estates, other homes or purchased here on eBay. I don't know the previous storage history. My collection is kept in a smoke/pet free area of my home with a dehumidifier running 24/7. I have a poor sense of smell at my age and am unable to detect odors. People did smoke way back when, so that could linger and I would not be aware of it. I try and list all flaws for the paper doll sets that I sell.Please, Pay Pal only read more
