I remember my father using this lamp back in the late 1950's - It has been stored in my mothers attic for about 50 year. This great flying saucer lamp is truly from the wild 1950's -very retro,atomic all the way. The lamp measures approx. 20" tall - the shade is approx. 15" in diameter and approx. 8 1/2" diameter of the base. The lamp is working fine and it take a regular 15 watt bulb. There are some numbers and perhaps a makers mark stamped into the metal under the lamp. Please, If anyone can tell me who made this or who's markers mark that is - any information -I'd really appreciate a message.
