This is an unusual shaped vintage 1920's or 30's silvertone compact with enameling. It reminds me of a fly or insect but you can judge for yourself. It is not marked for metal or maker. It has a place for powder with no puff and rouge and a puff marked Princess Pat. It is 2 3/8" by 2 1/8". The chain is rather short and the ring looks different in color, could have been replaced. Condition is pretty good but there is some black and gold and a touch of brown enamel missing on it at the top each side seen in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th photos and the black near the bottom seen in the 2nd photo. The photos show all the enameling that is missing. A great, unusual photo. Please look at the pictures carefully with the mouse for details and conditions and ask questions. Thank you for viewing.
