This is a vintage color wheel for an aluminum Christmas tree. It is in working condition. When the switch on the cord is turned on, the light comes on and the wheel rotates. The wheel measures 12 1/2" across. The plastic is not torn. There is no name on the unit but it looks similar to Ferry color wheels. The angle of the light is adjustable. I believe that the nut that attaches the wheel to the unit has been replaced as it does not look original. It comes from a smoke free home.
