A large travelling wardrobe by the Indestructo Trunk Company, Mishawaka, Indiana. Circa early 1900s. Dimensions: H 102cm (not including bulge) x W 57cm x D 57 cm. Weight, approximately 38kg. Contains shallow top drawer, hat box, two small drawers, two deep drawers (H 24cm D 26cm) on one side and hanging space on the other with a removable briefcase. This trunk has been stored in a loft for at least the last 30 years. Condition ‘as found’ – there have been no attempts at restoration to date. Please see pictures for details of condition. Lock intact but no key, hence the drilled out hinge pin (see photo). Because of the size and weight, collection only (you are welcome to arrange your own courier). This item is sold as seen with no returns.
