Vintage Wall Hung Tin Holder for Wooden Kitchen Matches Classic style 3." x 3.5" x 6.26' tin, wall hung (it has a hanging hole at the top), match holder for wooden stick matches. The whole box of matches is slid into this holder and the side top cover is moved slightly up to allow some matches to slide out at the bottom and be available for use. T are open windows on both sides of the holder so the matches can be struck on the side of the box for ignition. T is also an extra pocket on this box for the spent / used matches. (My grandmother used to just throw them into the wood stove). Its condition is good - t is some corrosion but it has its original paint and apples decoration. Priority Mail shipping within the US is $ 5.00 (Matches will not be included in the shipment - they are considered to be a safety hazard).
