I do not charge a handling fee and there are no hidden costs. Here are two vintage Vietnam War pilot kneeboard clipboards. They are both marked US Property Type MXU-163P Clipboard, Pilots with more numbered information. Please see the picture. One seems to be a bit different model than the other. These are both lighted. One works and needs C batteries. This one had a built in pencil sharpener, but the sharpener is missing. The second one is missing an end cap for the batteries and the light does not work. It might be a burnt out bulb. Both have functioning leg straps. They both have dual pencil holders. � Please ask questions before bidding, I will be happy to answer.
