For Sale is the Rare Vintage PINEHEART Pine Oil Soap Tin Litho Can. This is the straight steel advertising tin can. It is in excellent condition considering it’s age. It once held 3 1/2 lbs of soap, it is now empty.. From the research I have done it was made in the late 1940s maybe through the 50s. There is a long article with history and photos of Claire Manufacturing on the Internet at Made in Chicago Museum. Shown for your reference, photo 12 shows women working on the Pineheart production line Dated circa 1947.Please review all 12 photos for your most accurate description and size reference.
