This here is a vintage toy made by TOYO out of Japan. This is such a cute, unique piece. I have seen a few like it but they were all non working. This one is still in working order. You wind it up by twisting the carousel. Once you wind it up it plays music and the carousel and ferris wheel turn circles. I don't know what song it is playing but it is pleasant to the ear.
