Vintage oil on canvas painting by C. Lewis Perez. Chester Lewis Perez (1923-2010) began his career in Old Town Chicago and later to moved to Northwest Indiana. He is known for his 3D landscape paintings of trees, bushes, and leaves. He developed a special type of durable paint that resulted in this 3D subject matter. The painting measures 12" W. X 24" H. The frame (outside) measures 19" W. X 31" H X 2 1/2" D. This is in very good condition with the only defect a few minor marks in the frame. The listed shipping price is for the actual cost to ship. I carefully pack everything with no additional packaging or handling cost.
