For sale is this vintage Stanley block plane, measuring 2-1/16" wide and 7-1/16" long. Signed "29892J CF 5" on the body, it has a 1-5/8" X 4-5/16" blade iron signed "Stanley No.220{13-220A}U.S.A.", in excellent condition, that will respond well to the basic honing and sharpening by a experienced hand. It retains much of its original Japanning, with a sound and solid wooden knob, with its original label on the blade cap, as shown in the last two{2} pictures. It is in excellent overall condition, with any cleaning, oiling, and detailing left up to you.
