There is a 1"x 0.5" spot on the bottom of one of the front of the bookends where someone cleaned the spot. There are many scratches on these bookends. The bottoms are bent and the sides are bent. Two of the four green felt pads have fallen off of each one of the bookends. The patina is irregular on each of the bookends where rubbing has occurred.These bookends are still very functional and an example of early California decorative arts.Please ask any questions before bidding.
