When I saw this vintage dress at a recent estate sale I couldn't pass it up. It is well-made, demure and flirty all at the same time. It's hard to pin down the era, but defininely seems to be in the 60's. The buttons alone are spectacular; 1" rhinestone buttons that have a topaz colored center stone and two graduated rings of stones around the center. No stones missing. The dress is made by Tee-ca New York. T is no size or fabric label, but it is most likely all polyester. The bodice is chocolate brown lace embroidered onto sheer brown net. That is overlayed onto the solid brown bodice. The rounded collar is the same. The skirt is pleated ivory, semi-sheer over a slim ivory skirt. A beautiful 4" wide attached satin sash wraps around and closes behind the bow with a double hook and eye closure. A 22" long zipper stretches from the collar to below the waist in back. The skirt has a snap closure to help disguise the zipper. Measurements are: bust 20" armpit to armpit, waist 15" across the front, seam to seam, length 39" top of shoulder to hemline. The dress is in lovely condition, no tears, snaps, pulls or stains. Please ask questions before you bid. I have a no return policy and want you to be a very happy bidder . and know you can .
