These are vintage rims taken off of a girls 26 inch 1936 Mercury Pod Light Bicycle, they have been painted silver and will either need to be correctly painted or chromed, they are straight and round, they were rusty at one time as there is some pitting, they are double drop rims with very defined drops with a very narrow center drop where the spokes lace, very nice distinctive rims that I have not seen on any other bikes, if you need a good set for your Mercury Pod Bike these will work great, low reserve, buyer pays shipping and handling. The Mercury Pod Bicycle is a rare bicycle and to be correct will need these rims. The Morrow Hub that was laced in the rear whell was code dated for 1936 making these rims 75 years old. They are still nice and solid.
