This is a vintage gold tone stick hat pin. It looks like a pin wheel or flower with a seed pearl in the center. The texture is like a rope chain and the back plate that holds the stick pin is very decorative and reminds me of a Victorian piece. Please see pics for condition and size of piece. (bin 14)
